GALEN & SON - Enjoying the 355
|
|
"My wife, Kathy Fried, took the picture as we were taking movies and pictures at one of your grade crossings at about 2 PM Sunday July 6, 2008. Earlier I saw (and took movies of) the guy who is on the back platform with his son. Since it's kind of a nice picture all around, and a really nice picture of the two of them having a nice time, I thought I'd pass it along. I'm sure he is a member and hopefully you'll know who he is. I sure wish I lived closer to your museum!" --- Bob Fried - Exton, PA

We agree Bob, it is "a nice picture all around". A very soft, hazy summers day. An intriguing photograph...thank you both

Now that's what we call travelling in max comfort... Gabriella makes herself to home and that is what we want all of our guests to do ;-)
Mr Kurwelnz assures us that he and the young ladies had a very nice time while visiting with us Thursday, June 19th.
Several more of Al's photos may be seen on our "latest views" page...
