School Field Trips

Plan a class trip to the Connecticut Trolley Museum! Teachers, bring your class here and enjoy not only rides on antique trolley cars, but also a scavenger hunt. Every student is given a sheet listing ten questions, the answers which can be found on the Museum's informational displays and exhibits. When students get them all correct they are rewarded with a souvenir Connecticut Trolley Museum token. On the trolley ride itself, they learn the history of the trolley car they are riding on as well as history of the area and the trolley line they take their ride on.

We have picnic tables available so your class can bring their lunches, or if it happens to rain the Dining Car is available.

Also at the Trolley Museum and included in your admission is the Connecticut Fire Museum.

Bus drivers always get complimentary admission.

This reduced school rate is unavailable during days when there is a special event scheduled. Group rates for special events are available.
