Membership Limitation and Notes
Membership will be evidenced by a membership card, issued by The Connecticut Electric Railway Association, Inc. Memberships are not transferable, benefits will be extended only to the individual named on the membership card. Identification may be required when exercising membership benefits.
The Board of Directors may change the rights and privileges of any category at any time without notice to, or consent from, any member.
The Board of Directors may suspend or revoke the membership of any individual, if the activities or conduct of the individual, their family members, or their guests, are deemed detrimental to the interests of the Association.
All members 18 years of age and older, after their first full year of membership will automatically be upgraded to voting status with their membership renewal, which allows the member to vote on any and all matters brought before meetings of the full membership.
Membership applications for individuals 17 years old or younger must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Note 1: Admission to the Connecticut Firetruck Museum is included with admission to the Connecticut Trolley Museum. Hours and availability is subject to the volunteers and staff of the Connecticut Firetruck Museum.
Note 2: Must present ID and Member Card (paper or digital) at participating locations. Museum Reciprocal discounts may not be available during special events. We recommend contacting the location you intend to visit ahead of time.
Note 3: For the Caboose family membership and higher membership levels, the two adults can be grandparents and up to four grandchildren. Otherwise, the adults and children must reside in the same household.
